Moss on Rock waterpond Terrarium

This is one of the most easy moss on rock terrarium projects. It is also low-maintenance.

It was finished months ago. Now I published here with its followup photos. You can see the moss grows seamlessly on the rock. The moss I am using is Leucobryum moss. All the material you can find on www.ncypgarden.com terrarium supply section.


Frequent asked questions about this terrarium:

  1. does it need to change water? No. All planting materials are above water. The waterbody is always clean. I never changed water since it is planted.

  2. does it have any requirement for rock? No. The rock I am using is dragon rock. Any suitable small rockes will do.

  3. how many times do you water it? once / twice per two weeks.

  4. Is there any bugs insde? I do observed some jumping tails on the water.
